What area does your company cover?
We primarily serve a ninety-mile radius around our company headquarters @ 14588 Kutztown Road, Fleetwood, PA.
What Types of Buildings does your company construct?
Our team designs and constructs Residential Projects, Storage, Commercial Facilities, Horse, and Agricultural Construction. Past projects include poolhouses, additions, kitchen renovations, fire stations, various storage sheds and warehouses, custom horse barns and milking harbors, garages, retail storefronts, and more. We have many examples of past projects throughout our website, and feel free to contact us if you have a unique project we may not have listed on our site.

We offer a full range of in-house building services from start to finish. This includes Building Design, Professional Excavation, Building Construction, Concrete Work, Insulation, Interior Finishes, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Does Your Company Assist with Permitting?
Yes, we provide drawings, assist with the paperwork, and work with the municipalities to help our clients acquire their Building Permits. The cost associated with permitting would be the owner’s responsibility.
Does your company provide building drawings?
We include standard construction drawings with engineer sealed truss drawings for permitting in all our building proposals. Engineer Sealed drawings available at an additional cost.
What type of Buildings are available at Martin Construction?
We construct both Post Frame and conventional (Stick Frame) Stud Wall Buildings, depending on which fits your needs best.

Do you have Sales Representatives?
Our Sales Reps will visit with you to get your information and evaluate your site, then return to present and discuss your personalized proposal – Concept sketches available upon request.
How long will my build take?
Your build schedule depends on many factors including what build you need and the environment of the new build. Our Sales Reps and Project Coordinator will work with you to evaluate your needs and plan a schedule and proposal that provides details like project build time.
How much of a deposit is typically required?
