To Martin Construction,
The Kutztown Volunteer Fire Company would like to thank everyone that was involved with
designing and constructing the addition that was added to the existing engine room bay. From
Ray to Kyle and to all of the workers that were on the crews that helped with the construction,
we appreciate a job well done! Please forward our gratitude to the masonry & the electrician as
well.
Sincerely,
Timothy A. Behm
Kutztown Fire Co. Building Committee Chairman.
Dear Martin Construction,
I would like to thank all of you for the very good job you did on the Pole Barn for me.
I like it alot. Enclosed is a check for the balance of my bill. I was wondering if you have a hat
or T-shirt with your name on that I could have for me and my brother. When you have a chance,
I would like to get a price on another shed that I need to repair when you are in the area.
Thank you
David Meixell
Dear Martin Construction,
I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new garage. I know I've told you
all before but it is a dream come true right in our back yard. We were very impressed with how
easy you made the whole building process, all the home visits from Kyle really made the choices
easier to make. The children know him by name, ha ha!
Tom and his crew were really great in explaining the whole process on a daily basis. I bet he
was glad to be done after all the pictures I took of him and the guys. Thanks for tolerating the
kids and the dog's and for letting us mark up the concrete with the kids hand prints. I can't tell
enough people about the building and the company that did it. We are having a garage party
and I will be sure to be handing out the business cards I asked Kyle for.
Thanks again for a very pleasurable experience, I will highly rcommend you to anyone.
Your Friend,
Stephanie Fernandez and Family
Dear Ray, Kyle and Crew,
People keep such a busy schedule these days that a thank you is often forgotten. In saying
that, we would like to take the time to say THANK YOU to all of you for doing a terrific job on
our Post Frame Garage. From the moment we first contacted your office, not sure on which
route we wanted to take on building our garage, we were made to feel extremely comfortable.
Our first face to face meeting (with Kyle) we were again extremely comfortable and put all of our
confidence in him and what he was telling us. Needless to say, signing the contract was not a
difficult decision for us. The bottom line didn't even scare us. We knew we were going to get a
quality building.
The jobsite crew was awesome. Not only are they quality craftsman, but quality people.
They showed up to the site bright and early every day ready to work and exchange a few jokes
and laughs. They work HARD all day. We knew that by the amount of ime i took them to
accomplish the finished product. Accept for the rainy weather nothing would stop this crew.
They are truly AMAZING!!!!
We sincerely would recommend you to anyone, It was truly a pleasure dealing with you all.
The building is absolutely remarkable. Neighbors and friends have commentaed on how well
built it is and can't believe the reasonable cost.
Again, thank you for your professionalism and quality workmanship.
Sincerely,
John and Debbi Sterner (Breinigsville)
Dear Kyle,
I just wanted to take a minute and thank you and your company for a great job done on my
new pole building. I selected Martin over several other companies based the quality of work as
well as price. one company said they would have the 40'x80'x16' building up in just three days.
I was anxious to get the building done in the fall of 2003, but I couldn't see it being done
properly in that short amount of time. I was also impressed with your roof peak vent as
opposed to other companies that just put a piece of felt in the opening. Several other
companies were $10,000 more for the same size and number of doors. They were not able to
justify the higher cost.
Kyle came out to the site after I thought the area was level and ready for stone just days
before the poles were to go in and took measurements finding that we were about a foot or
more off and I had to get my excavator back in to get it all level and then put in the stone.
You kept me up to date on when the poles were going in, when to other work was scheduled
and were very accurate on dates (except for the overhead door people - which wasn't your
fault). I was impressed with the friendliness of the workers and the way the site was cleaned up
after each work day.
I am pleased with the building and will recommend people to use your company for their
pole building needs. Thanks again for a job well done.
Yours Truly,
